Initial Consultation

As a new client, you’ll start with an initial consultation.

Become a Client

Signing the Letter of Engagement, delivery of your documents, and balance due payment confirms our engagement.

Year-Round Support

After e-filing, access to our expertise and year-round support continues. Reengage before 2/15 to maintain active status.

About Fees
We charge a fee for initial consultations. More information about fees, payments, and availability can be found when making an appointment online.

 

Fixed-Fee Invoices
We do not provide estimates; per se. Instead, we put in the effort to review your documents, determine your filing requirements, and list those forms, schedules, and services on a fixed-fee invoice.

For example, fees for tax preparation are based on the forms & statements we prepare, the tax Documents analyzed or reported, and the research & calculations required.

Invoices are offered under no obligation, payable upfront, and void after 24 hours.

Initial Consultation
All our services start with an initial, one-on-one, consultation from our newly constructed virtual office.

What To Expect
During your consultation, we will focus on gathering the information needed to prepare your tax return. For you, it's also a great time to try us out, with less financial commitment, before choosing to becoming a long-term client.

How to Prepare

Tax preparation is a team sport that requires all players do their part. For clients, this includes collecting documents and delivering them to us in a timely manner. TaxSheets™ are the tools we created to help you do just that; starting with the General Tax Organizer.

Collect Your Documents

Missing a document?

If you are missing any documents, there is one-week grace period that will be extended on case-by-case basis.

OUR POLICY: CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Thank you for choosing our services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle changes and cancellations for your initial consultation and tax appointments.

Full Refund for Timely Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund for Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours after booking, a refund of 50% of the appointment cost will be provided.

Rescheduling Appointments: You have the option to reschedule your appointment once, at no additional cost, anytime before the start time of your appointment.

Rescheduled No Shows: If you reschedule an appointment but fail to attend the rescheduled time, you will not be eligible to make further appointments online. Please contact our office directly in such cases.

No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you fail to notify us in advance, we will not issue a refund.

Provider Cancellation: If, for any reason, we must cancel your scheduled appointment or reservation, we will notify you as soon as possible and will work with you to reschedule or you will receive a full refund.

Refund Processing Timeframe: Your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. To initiate the refund process, please contact us at info@usatax.co.

Managing Reservations: For cancellations or rescheduling, you can either use the link provided in your email confirmation or contact us directly at info@usatax.co.

Policy Updates Notification: We retain the right to modify or revise these policies at our discretion. Any alterations will be communicated through our official channels.
